Types of Memberships

Join as a local member to access professional benefits that support your career development while contributing to the advancement of population research in Sri Lanka

Ordinary

Rs.500/year

  • Ordinary Membership is granted by application to persons who hold professional qualifications recognized by the Association.

Life

Rs.3,000

  • Life Membership is granted upon application to individuals who hold professional qualifications recognised by the Association, upon payment of a one-time lifetime membership fee.

Associate

Rs.80/year

  • Associate membership may be granted by application to any person who shares the Association’s objectives but does not qualify for Ordinary Membership.

Student

Rs.50/year

  • Student Membership is granted upon application to individuals who are Sri Lankan citizens or permanent residents who are currently enrolled in a course of professional training locally or overseas that is recognised by the Association, or are pursuing a course of study within Sri Lanka that is recognised by the Association.

Foreign

Ordinary

$35/year

  • Ordinary Membership is granted by application to persons who hold professional qualifications recognized by the Association.

Life

$200

  • Life Membership is granted upon application to individuals who hold professional qualifications recognised by the Association, upon payment of a one-time lifetime membership fee.

Associate

$25/year

  • Associate membership may be granted by application to any person who shares the Association’s objectives but does not qualify for Ordinary Membership.
